Making A Purchase 
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Credit card details are recorded on a secure server.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we post you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Payment by Cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque please complete an order online and select 'Cheque' as the payment method. You will then receive an email with your order number and order total. 

Please send a cheque for the total amount to ecoShack, 28 Dexter Lane, Littleport, Cambridgeshire, CB6 1GE with your order number, name and address on the back.  We can then begin to process your order.

No orders will be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

Shipping And Handling
We can deliver to any address in mainland England, Wales or Scotland with items usually delivered within 3 working days.

VAT/Tax Charges
VAT is not currently charged on orders as ecoShack's annual turnover is below the VAT limits.  If we go over this limit then the standard UK rate 17.5% will be applied where applicable.

Privacy Policy
ecoShack (ecoshack.co.uk) do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser, but if you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.  Data collected by this site is used to:
    a. Take and fulfill customer orders
    b. Administer and enhance the site and service
    c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery             purposes

Returns Policy
If the item is not faulty, but you decide you do not want it.
We aim to provide you with as much information as we can about each product so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, to give you additional confidence, we will allow you to return any item if it is not what you require within 7 days of receipt as long as it has not been used, is undamaged, and is returned in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund to you any part of the price that we have received (excluding the delivery costs), provided the item(s) have not been specifically tailored to your specifications, or personalised, or the item(s) by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. Please email us to arrange return of items.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items
If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty (or becomes faulty within its warranty period) then please email us to arrange its return. On receipt of the item, we may (at our discretion) replace, repair or simply refund the value of the goods and any carriage costs. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
